How do guests RSVP to a school event?

Each invitee gets a unique RSVP link in their SMS, email or WhatsApp invitation, and can reply yes, maybe or no with a headcount. Parents can also RSVP straight from the Classivo mobile app.

Can we import invitees instead of typing them?

Yes. You can bulk-import invitees from your existing parents, alumni and staff — for example all parents of a class — and add special guests such as chief guests or dignitaries by hand.

How does check-in work on the day?

Every invitee gets a printable QR gate pass. Scanning it at the gate marks the guest as arrived, reusing the Front Office gate-pass and visitor flow, so your headcount is accurate in real time.

Can invitations go out over WhatsApp?
