These Terms govern your use of the Classivo website and platform provided by PRS India. This is a general template; please review it with your legal counsel before launch.
Use of the service
You agree to use Classivo lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for the data your school enters into the platform.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Trials convert to paid plans only with your consent. Fees are exclusive of taxes.
Availability
We aim for high availability; Enterprise plans may include a specific uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally be required.
Intellectual property
Classivo and its software are the property of PRS India. Your school retains ownership of its own data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding period.
