Who can see student data?
Access is controlled by granular role-based permissions. Staff only see what their role allows, parents see only their own children, and every sensitive action is recorded in the audit log.
Are online payments secure?
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant gateways (Razorpay, Stripe). Classivo never stores card numbers.
Do you back up our data?
Yes. Cloud plans include regular automated backups. Enterprise adds an uptime SLA and options for self-hosting and custom retention.
