- Data your school enters into the platform, which we process solely on your instruction as a data processor.

- To provide, maintain and improve the Classivo service.
- To respond to enquiries and provide support.
- To send service updates and, where permitted, relevant product information.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the service (e.g. hosting and payment providers) under appropriate agreements.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect data, and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
