Extra U-DISE sections appear on your existing student and staff forms — social category, mother tongue, CWSN and disability, BPL, minority and Aadhaar reference for students; highest and professional qualification, appointment type and trainings for staff. They are kept nullable, so non-India schools simply ignore them.

U-DISE+ Reports — questions schools ask

Does Classivo submit U-DISE+ returns automatically?

No. U-DISE+ has no public submission API, so Classivo produces the filled data cards and CSV, Excel and PDF exports you enter or bulk-upload to the U-DISE+ portal — not an auto-submit.

Do we have to re-enter our students for U-DISE?

No. Classivo reads the students, staff and school records you already keep and only adds the missing U-DISE+ fields as extra sections, so there is no parallel registry and no re-typing.

Will U-DISE fields affect schools outside India?

No. The U-DISE fields are added as optional, nullable sections on the student and staff forms, so schools that do not need them can simply leave them blank.

What does the completeness tracker do?

It shows which U-DISE fields are filled and which are still pending, per student and staff member, so you can close the gaps before the return is due.
