Can a task be assigned to more than one staff member?

Yes. A task or duty can be assigned to one or many staff at once — by name, department or role — and each assignee tracks and completes their part independently.

How do staff update their tasks?

Each staff member has a My Tasks view in the teacher panel and mobile app where they move work from assigned to in-progress to completed, add completion notes, and see what is due next.

Can duties be linked to exams or events?

Yes. Duties such as invigilation or event duty can be linked to real exam schedules and events, so allocation sits next to the schedule it belongs to.

How do we see who is overloaded?

A work dashboard shows tasks by status, an overdue list, per-staff workload and completion rate, so you can spot overloaded staff and reassign or rebalance duties.
